Alternative Movement is an adaptive training facility built to support individuals of all abilities through structured, high-quality coaching. Our focus is on developing independence, confidence, and physical capability by adapting training to the individual—without lowering standards.
We work with people at all stages of their journey, from those new to exercise to individuals with more complex needs, delivering training that is purposeful, progressive, and inclusive.
Alongside working directly with athletes, we also support coaches, gyms, and organisations in delivering adaptive fitness to a high standard.
