We offer a range of CrossFit Classes for those with physical and learning disabilities.

Each session is completely adapted to suit the needs of every individuals attending so everybody can experience a safe and effective workout.

Adaptive Classes (Physical Impairments)

Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity in an unconventional way. These Classes are suitable for those living with a long or short term physical impairment.

- Mondays 7pm

- Saturdays 11am

Adaptive Classes (Neurodiverse)

Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity in an unconventional way. These Classes are suitable for those living with a learning disability.

- Thursdays 3.45pm

Adaptive Olympic Lifting (Physical Impairments)

Olympic lifting classes for individuals with a physical impairment. Think Snatch, Cleans and all their variations performed in a unconventional way.

- Thursdays 7pm

Adaptive Online Membership (Physical Impairment)

Our online membership offers you exclusive access to our programming and our online community so you can become a member of CFAM from the comfort of your own gym.
